Q: Are you and your employees insured and licensed?
A: YES! We carry liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We have all the necessary license’s to do home improvements and will obtain any permits necessary for your specific home improvement.
Q: Why should we choose Pinnacle Home improvements over another company?
A: At pinnacle home improvements we are certified and all of our installers are professionally trained. You will always receive high-quality workmanship. We treat each home as if it were our own home. We don’t want you to be our customer for one job, we want you to be a customer for life.
Q: I’ve never heard of Pinnacle Home Improvements, are you a new company?
A: We are locally owned and operated with over 25 years experience in the home improvements business. Our work has been featured on HGTV, Fox and PBS. We continue to maintain the highest rating possible with the Better Business Bureau.
Q: What brand of products do you carry?
A: We use only the highest quality products that are available for your home today. The Windows we install are Pinnacle Super Windows. The roofing materials we recommend and use are GAF and Owens Corning. Our paint is the highest quality Sherwin-Williams paint available. You will see that quality shows through the job.
Q: How do I know if I have storm damage on my roof?
A: Most storm damage is not visible to the untrained eye from the ground. We provide professional inspections to determine the type and scope of damage that you may have. If you don’t have damage, we are more than happy to tell you your roof is in great shape. We work with all the major insurance companies and have great relationships with their adjusters.
Q: I’m interested in getting a quote. Will I be pressured into buying today?
A: You will find all of our representatives are professional and knowledgeable – we do not engage in any high pressure sales tactics. Your home is a big investment and you should you make a decision only after you’ve had time to become an educated consumer.
