Pinnacle Home Improvements will contact you in response to this entry to verify your information and home owner status. Pinnacle Home Improvements specializes in design and installation of replacement Windows, Roofing, Siding and Gutter Guards in the Atlanta, Knoxville and Middle Tennessee areas.
Contest Rules
No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion, and you do not have to receive a sales presentation. Need not be present to win. Only one entry allowed per household. Winner’s name will be drawn on the following May 31st. All entries received after May 31st will automatically be entered into the following years contest. Winner will be notified by telephone within 15 days of drawing date. Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 7 days of sweepstakes notification or a new winner may be chosen. Acceptance of a prize will require a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law. Winner may not transfer prize to any other person. Winning product must be installed at the address shown on the form that was submitted by the entering party(ies). A maximum retail value of $15,000.00 for any Pinnacle Home Improvements product will be awarded as prize. If winner purchases products from Pinnacle Home Improvements prior to drawing date and wins this contest, winner will receive a refund for the cost of their installed product(s) up to $15,000. There is no cash value for this prize.
This promotion is only open to legal residents 18 years and older of Tennessee and Georgia, who own their own home. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. All liability for federal, state and other taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Contest is not open to employees, officers or directors of Pinnacle Home Improvements or their families. Pinnacle Home Improvements is not responsible for any illegible. misplaced, damaged or late entries. Multiple entries will be discarded. Winner hereby agrees to the use of their name(s), photos of their home and personal photos for promotional purposes. Odds are based on the number of qualified entries received. By completing this entry either by submitting it online, placing it in an entry box, or handing entry slip to demonstrator, entrant(s) hereby grant Pinnacle Home Improvements permission to contact them by telephone at the telephone number listed for the purpose of verifying the entry as well as offering a free home energy audit and estimate. This promotion is void where prohibited by law. Pinnacle Home Improvements reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate this promotion without notice at any time.
